Data processing begin of first contact
In case you contact us in written form, on the phone, on our website or per e-mail we will process and store your data received from you on a voluntary basis for the purpose of answering your questions or following questions until the end of imperative legal provisions regarding retention periods. Data processing for our newsletter registration
You have the opportunity to register on our website for our newsletter. In our newsletter we inform you about latest tax specialist information, information about events and information about our services as well as information about our office (f.ex. opening hours during Christmas Holidays, removals, company holidays, change of personnel, and so on).

Use of Google Maps
We use the Google Maps component on our website in combination with the so-called “Share function”. Google Maps is a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter Google.
Each time this component is called up, Google sets a cookie in order to process the user configuration and data when the page with the integrated Google Maps component is displayed. As a general rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but rather expires after a certain time, as long as it is not previously manually deleted by you.

The data processing is based on the legal bases of Article 96 para 3 TKG as well as of Article 6 para 1 sub para a) GDPR (explicit consent) and/or sub para f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
Our legitimate interest according to GDPR is the improvement of our services and our web performance. Since the protection of your privacy is very important to us user data is collected in strictly pseudonymous form.

User data will be stored for the period of imperative legal provisions regarding retention periods. Following expiry of that retention period, the data are deleted routinely if they are no longer needed for the performance of a contract or contract initiation.
